As a member of the North Shore Healthcare family, our center’s dedicated healthcare professionals strive to deliver quality care to those who have chosen us. Willowdale Health Services’ goal is to create an environment that affords our residents the opportunity to be a partner in the care they receive, to develop trusting relationships with our caregivers, and to reach their highest level of independence. We are passionate about making our center The Right Choice for you or your loved one.
Willowdale Health Services have been serving the New Holstein and surrounding communities since 1971. We are proud to be active members of the New Holstein Chamber of Commerce as well as the New Holstein Kiwanis Club and the New Holstein Optimist Club. In a recent customer satisfaction survey, 100% of our residents indicated that their overall experience was good or excellent and they would choose Willowdale Health Services again if the need arose.
We recently were awarded a 2019 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The Award Program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. As a recipient of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award, we may now move forward in developing approaches and achieving performance levels that meet the Silver – Achievement in Quality Award criteria.
“I can’t begin to say how great Willowdale is! I would recommend it to anyone. In fact, I already have! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They are always smiling, making sure you are o.k. and treat you like you are the most important person at the center.”
– Char Steiner, Rehab Graduate
“I have always heard of the positive rehabilitation results at Willowdale and when I had a short rehab stay after back surgery it was proven. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and a great part of the healing process. Being a chiropractor, I can successfully heal my patients only so far. Willowdale provides a continuum of care beyond the services that I can provide if needed. They are a “gem” within the New Holstein community.”
– Dr. Chuck Raether, Former Rehab Patient
“I worked at Willowdale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as a Registered Nurse 5 years ago so I was familiar with the center. I was able to experience the other side of care when I needed rehab placement. The care was excellent! The therapy was very well done. The therapists were knowledgeable and helped me get back home safely.”
– Deb Rollman, RN, Rehab Graduate
